During COVID-19, our team was able to place a struggling neighborhood strip center under contract from a well-known investment group that was looking to unload several assets.

Through our retailer relationships, we were able to get Dollar Tree to commit to backfilling the vacant Rite Aid space and ultimately return the center to 100% occupancy. From there, we spent nearly $300K renovating the parking lot, painting the building, and upgrading the parking lot lighting.
